He later moved to a corporate role where he personally handled all executive hires over an 8-year period, hiring 94 executives in that time. Phil understands in detail what it takes to be successful at all levels. He has functioned as the entrusted advisor and expert in several topics related to talent including global mobility, external labor, workforce optimization, data and information systems all leading to a knowledge base that can support any endeavor. With 17 years as a talent practitioner, including 9 years in talent leadership, Phil can advise on nearly any hiring or acquisition objective. After working with a few of the larger name brands in the executive recruiting space as a customer, Phil saw an opportunity to provide a competing service at a fair price.
