- Initial Engagement Meeting: We begin our process by having an in-depth discussion with the hiring decision maker(s) and create a custom sourcing plan based on that feedback. These details cover experience requirements, location details, interview logistics, compensation target, and candidate soft skills.
- Search: We then deep dive into the labor market identifying all candidates who are within the criteria, open to moving and the overall package to build a potential candidate pool.
- Interview: We conduct individual interviews with prospective executives, drilling down on details to ensure there are no surprises later in the process.
- Second Engagement Meeting: We then meet the hiring decision maker(s) one additional time for presentation of initial candidate pool and interview selections/feedback.
- Interview Scheduling: We help our clients then schedule a screening process they feel comfortable with. With some clients, we handle this in totality and in others we work together with the client’s HR team. We have no preference; we only want stellar client experience.
- Offer Stage: Once a candidate is officially selected, Eagle Executive Search assists our client with the offer letter and offer presentation process. Like the interview scheduling stage, this process can be done in concert with the client’s HR team.
- After First Day Follow-up: Eagle Executive Search checks in with newly hired executives during the onboarding process and beyond to ensure all is smooth.
